Brayberry’s Sleight of Hand ‘Sly’
Magic’s second foal born here at the farm. Sly is short, square with nice straight legs and great conformation. A striking little fellow who will make a good show contender. Both parents are familiar with the show ring and we think this little fellow may follow.
Sly has multiple generations of woolly donkeys on both sides of his pedigree. His sire is of the infamous MGF line and he is a Harry Houdini grandson. His dam is daughter to the super woolly little tank, MGF Gorky Park who now resides in Australia. Only time will tell how woolly this little man actually is, but our guess is to expect some long thick hair on this little dude. Here’s a pic of mom (Olive) before being clipped for the show ring:

PEDIGREE: top side: the infamous MGF herd, Venus Immortal, 45 Magnum, Peanut and Charlie Bandito, Guido Bandito, Ozark Jocko Bandito, Poncho Via on the bottom (a Harry Houdini grandson). Top side includes MGF Gorky Park (now in Australia), Stolli Too…some notable and famous woolly lines.
ATTITUDE: Our first Magic foal (Abby) was a little cautious so were were curious about this one’s personality. No worries at all! This is an in-your-pocket little guy. He is over the top affectionate and even as a yearling jack is one of the easiest to handle and love on.
**Update** Sly placed in halter in 4 shows in 2015 [shown by LaDonna Mangile]. Here he is being shown as a yearling at the 2015 Longears Classic @ the Oklahoma State Fair by LaDonna Mangile of Dinky Donky Acres, Joplin, MO.
He was awarded NMDA Reserve Champion Jack at the Silver Spur Classic (2015)!
